A system that performs screw-cap opening (decapping), weighing, and closing (recapping) of vials.

Workflow

Preparation
  1. Place vials in the dedicated rack and set the rack on the system stage.

Workflow Start
  2. The internal handler transports each vial while reading its barcode.
  3. Decapping.
  4. Weighing.
  5. Recapping.
  6. Return the vial to its original position in the rack. This process is repeated for all vials in the rack.

Operation logs, including weighing results, are recorded.
